Cancellation Policy
At Somani Jewellery, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both retail and wholesale customers.
1. Order Cancellation (Retail Orders)
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Order Cancellation (Wholesale/B2B Orders)
Cancellations for bulk or customized wholesale orders must be made within 24 hours of confirmation.
After this period, raw materials may be procured or production may begin, making cancellation impossible.
No cancellations are allowed once production or packaging has started.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 10–15 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exceptions
Customized jewellery, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.
